The debacle involving Antonio Brown explored:
In online footage, Antonio Brown could be seen trying to ward off a crowd before security intervened. However, at one point, he kicks one of the guards. Within minutes, officials show up, culminating in the All-Pro wide receiver's arrest.
Brown, who was present at the event as the guest of honor, took to X shortly after to deny claims that he was arrested. He penned:
"Regarding the boxing event that happened last night. I was jumped by multiple individuals who tried to steal my jewelry and cause physical harm to me. Contrary to some video circulating, Police temporarily detained me until they received my side of the story and then released me. I WENT HOME THAT NIGHT AND WAS NOT ARRESTED."
He went on,
"I will be talking to my legal council and attorneys on pressing charges on the individuals that jumped me. I will keep you all posted step-by-step on the process. Thank you for the support and love, #AB#84"
He also made a guest appearance on Ross' livestream, where he claimed that he "blacked out.'"
"The CTE, I blacked out! I don't know what happened. I blacked out, Adin. I ain't going to lie. Hey, one of them n****s, I don't know whether they was jumping or helping! I slammed that n***a again and kicked him with this s**t."
For his part, Ross said:
"That s**t is not even cool, bro! Why the f**k are you all putting your hands on AB, bro?! I'mma press charges. (The Kick streamer's associate says, 'He's detained.') Why is he detained?! Well, detained is not arrested. But why?! They are the ones who... what?! Bro, what the f**k, bro?!"
At the time of writing, news of Antonio Brown's jail sentence remains scarce.
