Willie Junior Maxwell II, a.k.a Fetty Wap, was given a prison sentence three years ago. Three years ago, he was found with thousands of dollars in cash and over 500 grams of cocaine. The rapper's involvement in a drug trafficking ring was the main reason for his imprisonment. The 34-year-old rapper was freed in 2026 and placed in home confinement in Philadelphia.

The spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons, Philadelphia Residential Reentry Management Office, Emery Nelson, clarified Wap's condition for the next few months. He said:

"Community confinement means the inmate is in either home confinement or a Residential Reentry Center (RRC, or halfway house)."

According to reports from TMZ, Maxwell II will be released from oversight custody towards the end of this year in November 8.

He has to follow strict rules when it comes to his earnings and finances as well. This means that Fetty has to inform the US Probation Department about all the money he earns, and he has to share his tax records with them.

In addition to these rules, he is also not allowed to consume any alcohol or intoxicating substances without written permission or a prescription from a licensed physician.

Furthermore, the KEKE rapper might have to join a drug treatment program if the court thinks it is needed. He will have to appear for regular tests during and after the program to make sure he is not using drugs or alcohol.
