The St. Petersburg rapper Nino Breeze reportedly got arrested during the holiday season. As reported by TMZ, Nino Breeze has been charged with a federal cannabis offense. As of now, Nino is celebrating Christmas at home as he was released after arrest during the festive season.Nino Breeze's attorneys, Bradford Cohen and Mark Rankin, said that the rapper submitted to US Marshals on Monday at the federal court building in Tampa for the stated charges.More details about Nino Breeze’s arrest and release in cannabis offenseAccording to his lawyers, Nino was granted bail following a court appearance in which he pledged to post a $100,000 cash bond and placed up $100,000 in assets as security. During the bond trial, the court acknowledged Nino Breeze's excellent music talent and advised him to keep up with his work in the music world.The rapper’s lawyers said that he will be at home for Christmas and that they are examining the evidence to reach an effective resolution of the trial. The lawyers said:"Nino will be home for Christmas" and "we look forward to examining the evidence to reach a fruitful resolution through trial.”Nino has previously been charged with a cannabis violation. Breeze was taken into custody earlier in April 2016 in St. Petersburg, Florida, when a large-scale marijuana smuggling network was investigated. Police confiscated three guns, more than 50 rounds of assorted ammunition, and over 20 pounds of cannabis, worth more than a million dollars, from his place. He was accused of being a criminal in possession of a handgun and of possessing marijuana with the intent to market it.Nino entered a guilty plea to both possessing firearms and ammunition as a convicted felon and to keeping firearms in support of a narcotics trafficking offense. He was sentenced to six years and six months in federal jail. After almost five years in prison, he came out in 2022.Breeze is presently signed to Rick Ross' company, Maybach Music Group (MMG), which released Nino's most recent EP during the summer. The MMG group released the rapper’s TIL THE TAPE EP on June 11 this year. The five songs of his EP are 448 FLOW, ONE OF THEM ONES, NO CUT FREESTYLE, LIVING LEGEND, and SUMMA 25 (feat.
