Popular YouTuber Bradley Martyn was rushed to the hospital after completely severing and losing his pinky finger. Bradley was reportedly dirt biking on August 13 when the incident occurred.
In a video, Bradley can be seen detailing the incident.
"Typically I could just lift the bike up into the back of the truck like with me and a buddy. My pinky was hanging off just enough as we're like to go 1.2.3 go up all I felt was almost like a snap and then I was like ah f**k I hurt my hand. I looked down at my hand briefly and I saw my bone.
He added
Like the white bone like you know we look at Anatomy bone like this like prong forward and then I looked at where my hand was cause I could tell my hand didn't look normal. On the bike, my cut off portion off my finger was sitting on a piece of metal on a dirt bike."
Bradley then told his friend that he had cut his finger off and that they needed to go to the hospital. He added that it "wasn't super painful." However, his mother said that they "couldn't reattach it". Bradley mentioned that the doctors "basically cut off a centimeter away from the cuticle" and that he has the bottom part of his cuticles and a little bit of his nail.
He also mentioned that if more of his pinky was taken off, the doctors could have reattached it.
