YouTuber Damien Prince is pushing back on Kai Cenat's scam allegations against the former's D&B University.

The renowned Twitch streamer recently slammed the university in public, which is Prince's 2017 venture. It offers an online course that outlines the secret to YouTube success, though Kai Cenat claimed it was nothing but a scam.

Kai is currently promoting Streamer University, which is his own free, exclusive weekend for those looking to learn the tips and tricks of content creation. During his May 13 livestream, he spoke of his forthcoming venture, and when his critics began chiming in, he slammed them:

“I think it’s hard to fathom that this s*** is actually happening,” he said, before referencing Damien and his wife, Biannca. “They scammed the s*** out of n****s.”

Everything we know about Kai Cenat's forthcoming Streamer University:

Damien and Biannca launched D&B University in 2017. At the time, it was promoted as a guide to crafting a YouTube empire and pushing great content. Courses were being touted for hundreds of dollars, depending on the package.

However, the backlash began rolling out soon after, with some rubbishing the whole shindig as fake. Others pointed out that there was nothing special about the program that they would not be able to find on YouTube or Google for free.

Nonetheless, Damien took to Instagram to threaten Kai Cenat on May 15, when he alluded to possible legal action on the way:

“D&B University was legit—just like the paperwork that just landed in your inbox,” he wrote, tagging Kai’s official IG account.

As for Kai Cenat, he remains dedicated to his latest efforts, as the 23-year-old reportedly managed to rake in well over a million applicants within the first few minutes of launch. During his livestream, Kai Cenat informed fans that his venture is completely free, saying,

“If you are selected, you will be living on a college campus.” He added, “I’m not teaching you how to stream. If you are in, you already know how to stream.”

He announced the news on May 6 with a Hogwarts-inspired Instagram reel. In it, he says:

“I’m excited to extend to you a most heartfelt welcome to the very first class of Streamer University," while sporting a wizarding robe. “Here, you will find a school where chaos is encouraged and content is king.”

Streamer University's faculty is a star-studded list of prolific figures, including Darryl “DDG” Granberry Jr, ChrisNxtDoor, Agent 00, and Duke Dennis. Cookingwithkya, India Love, Iamthekingoffitness, Dontai “ImDontai”, Markus King, Emily “ExtraEmily”, and Preacherquis will focus on lifestyle, wellness, and entertainment, Times of India has reported.
