Aussie influencer and former The Bachelor star, Lisa Hyde, has reportedly shared an update on her physical health. Hyde took to her Instagram stories on July 1 to share that she had been hospitalised following a health scare. She revealed she visited "Noosa hospital" after she started experiencing pain in her neck.

While the doctors reportedly cleared her and noted that it was "muscular", she suspected it to be worse. She added,

"Got home, then collapsed a couple hours later. My parents found me on the floor, barely able to talk or move. The pain was unbearable."

After being rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment, the influencer was later diagnosed with a rare condition called "crowned dens syndrome."

Aussie influencer, Lisa Hyde, has shared vulnerable images of herself, surrounding my family and friends following a health emergency. She explained in her Instagram stories that she has been diagnosed with a "rare condition", which causes intense "neck and head pain."

She added that she had her "little bestie", her daughter, right by her side. She later disclosed that her treatment had started and noted that she is trying to push through the difficult times. She noted,

"Sometimes you don't choose the break, the break chooses you."

She described it as a "wake-up call" and is now taking the opportunity to rest and relax her physical and mental health. Hyde shared that she is surrounded by her "cheer squad", that is helping her go through the recovery process.


Hyde was previously admitted in 2022 after she sustained a severe "leg injury." The influencer is reportedly hopeful about her recovery and is taking time to rest and recover.
