Ryan Serhant and Jordan March brought their argument from Owning Manhattan to the streets of New York, specifically outside of Fouquet's in Tribeca. In a clip shared by TMZ, the pair were seen talking, while not much can be heard. Serhant was making hand gestures, which made it look like he was frustrated with the conversation. While Jordan, on the other hand, was pushed away by a lady, asking him to "stop."

The dispute between Ryan Serhant and Jordan March began in Season 2 of Owning Manhattan, when Peter Zaitzeff arrived and started landing projects that March felt could have been his. It flared up when Zaitzeff was announced as the sales director for 200 Amsterdam Ave., a luxury condo in the Upper West Side.

In an exclusive interview with Realtor.com, Jordan said:

"I've worked with Ryan on a variety of projects, and we had conversations about potentially being on 200 Amsterdam, because I sold a few penthouses nearby in the Upper West. I have a huge buck of business on the Upper West, I have a lot of buyers up there.... It just seemed like it was a logical move, and it was kind of like an 'I owe you.'"

He continued to express the reasons why he was unhappy with the choice, saying:

"The guy was brand new, plus we have, outside of myself, we have very capable personnel here. Why not use someone that is here and is actually contributing to the culture and adding value, money, and everything else."

Furthermore, he added:

"So to say to work harder, and that's how we're gonna rank up the charts when I'm actually already at the top is not really addressing the real, frank conversation that needs to be had about how I get to that next stage in my career."

Jordan March concluded by saying that he is staying with Serhant for now, but there is always a possibility of leaving. In his words:

"Ultimately, there's no perfect relationship between a boss and his workers. For me, working with Ryan is a way for me to still leverage my career but, I put a lot into this. I'm not ready to walk away from what I'm seeing and, ultimately, what I can leverage in Ryan."

He clarified:

"I'm not gonna let necessarily people push me out. I'm gonna go on my own terms, I'm gonna go on my own timing, and I think it's important that I control my narrative... That's not to say that all offers are off the table either."

TMZ also spoke to Ryan Serhant to address the onscreen and offscreen arguments, to which he replied:

"Nothing, just a disagreement among friends. We worked together for a long time, friends have good days, and friends have bad days... We also have the show at the same time this weekend, and things come to light in different ways for different people. All is mostly okay."

Ryan Serhant emphasized the fact that he and Jordan March have been working together for the longest time, and called him his "best friend." He also shared that Jordan teamed up with him to build the company at a difficult time, during COVID.

He was also asked if maybe "the cameras" were doing this to their friendship, and Ryan Serhant responded by saying:

"I hope not... We've been through a lot together. A lot of ups and downs, and I think that we will get through this one. I think it will be okay, but I don't want to talk about any other deals in details cause there's legal involved."

Ryant Serhant and Jordan March have been working together for a long time, ever since the pandemic hit. While the co-workers were arguing onscreen and offscreen, they both expressed that their friendship would be able to withstand whatever would be coming their way.
