Owner of TraxNYC, Maksud Agadjani, a popular jewelry company, has shared a video confronting rival company Akay Diamonds for allegedly using his name to scam customers. In the video, Agadjani goes up to a person who allegedly works for AKAY Diamonds and starts violently questioning them:

"Where's my money? Motherf**ker, you said VVS 14 (karat), and you're using my name, you b**ch. You f***ing thief. Where's my money?"

People and staff at the jewelry store can be seen rushing to Maksud and trying to get him away from the person he had been screaming at. The spat concluded with the person spitting at Agadjani and Agadjani hitting people around him, creating a scuffle.

Agadjani, in another video, showed red marks on his neck and said:

"In the end, they tried to kill me. Strangled me with my own chain."

"This is the receipt of this disgusting company": Maksud Agadjani slams AKAY Diamonds

In another video, Maksud Agadjani shows the receipt of his customer and provides more context to the situation:

"This is the receipt of this disgusting company that pretends to be me. Sells them TraxNYC, sells my customer a bracelet ripped some off, and ripped some off. They say it's 14karat gold, we're gonna test this bracelet right now. "

He then went on to test the authenticity of the gold in the bracelet and revealed that it only had 10 karat gold. In the video, the customer Maksud refers to is sitting alongside him. Maksud then questions the customer:

"So they say they're TraxNYC?"

To which the alleged customer replies:

"Yeah, he tried to portray. He tried to sell one of your products. He said that he ran out."

Maksud then reveals that the customer went to AKAY with a picture of a product from TraxNYC's website and that people from AKAY Diamonds mentioned that they had run out, "even though he had nothing to f**king do with me." Agadjani mentioned that this is not the first time AKAY has tried to steal customers from him.

"These rats have done this over and over again, and I tolerated it. Stop being greedy pieces of fu**ing lying s**t. Keep fu**ing scheming bro."

In another clip, Agadjani can be seen getting his customer a refund along with an additional $1,000 for his troubles. He can also be seen destroying the AKAY Diamonds store and smashing things around.

This is not the first time TraxNYC has been in the news. Earlier, the company received backlash for using 50 Cent's name and image without permission.
