Neil Diamond and his wife, Katie Diamond, are preparing to celebrate nearly 14 years of their marriage. Katie recently spoke candidly about their marriage as she was attending the New York City premiere of Song Sung Blue on December 11, 2025.Katie Diamond was asked what has kept her Neil Diamond marriage strong. She told PEOPLE,"We are best friends, and we really support each other. We lift each other up, and through thick and thin, through sickness and health, we really live it.
