Mel B, better known by her iconic stage name Scary Spice, just got married to Rory McPhee at London’s St. Paul’s Cathedral. But what made the nuptials even more iconic was the fact that instead of one gorgeous dress, she graced the affair with two of them.

The singer first walked down the aisle in a custom ivory gown reportedly from British designer Josephine Scott. The dress was chosen from Evelie Bridal Boutique in London. Caroline Black from the boutique told PEOPLE magazine,

“Mel was a dream to work with, bringing her own sense of style to the occasion."

She later changed into a dress from designer Justin Alexander. She arrived at St. Paul’s Cathedral wearing the long-sleeved white gown with white pearl beading decorating her neck, shoulders, and wrists. The singer received the honor of exchanging her vows in this church due to receiving an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) from Prince William in 2022, as it's the same church where Princess Diana and Prince Charles got married in 1981.

Little scattered pearls ran down the see-through fabric of her arms and décolletage, which was framed with a bustier-style bodice of her white mermaid-style wedding dress. In January, she joked about wanting two dresses on Today with Hoda & Jenna.

“I don’t think it would be fair to just have one. “Just have as many as you want."
In an interview with The Sun, the designer revealed, "She's iconic, powerful, and radiant, and this dress had to be worthy of that. Every detail was chosen to honour her strength and sensuality, while celebrating the woman and the love story beneath the girl power."

Mel B's wedding

The Spice Girl married her longtime partner, who is also a hairdresser, Rory McPhee, who was decked out in a Scottish wedding ensemble. The wedding was as grand as you would imagine Scary Spice's wedding to be, with a royal venue, designer gowns, and old friends.

The wedding was attended by her Spice Girls bandmate Emma Bunton along with her husband and son, model Daisy Lowe and her partner Jordan Saul, TV presenter Angellica Bell, comedian Katherine Ryan, who attended with her husband Bobby Kootstra, and broadcaster Gaby Roslin.

While she didn't attend in person, groupmate Victoria Beckham shared Mel B's congratulations on social media for the happy couple.

“Sending love to you @officialmelb!” she wrote in a post alongside a recent photo of her and Brown. “@rorymcphee is a very lucky man!”
