When did Amy Bradley go missing? Brother of woman who disappeared from Caribbean cruise asks Kim Kardashian for help finding sister

Amy Bradley, an American woman, was on a Caribbean cruise in 1998 when she went missing. In July 2025, Netflix released a mini-series about Amy’s mysterious disappearance, titled Amy Bradley Is Missing.

Kim Kardashian recently posted about the series on her social media. According to an exclusive report by TMZ, she wrote:

“This doc is mind blowing. Must see "Amy Bradley is Missing" We must find Amy! This is so crazy @netflix.”

Following Kim's post, Amy’s brother, Brad Bradley, reached out to her via TikTok, asking the socialite to help him find his sister. Brad also asked her to create awareness about the incident. The TMZ exclusive, published on August 6, says that Brad, in his direct message to Kim, wrote:

“Kim, this is Amy Bradley's brother, Brad. Someone forwarded me a screenshot of your timeline where you mentioned Amy's story. We are seeking any additional help and resources to find her. We also need help getting this in front of President Trump because we feel like he could make a difference.”

Brad also wrote that they were trying to get Rihanna to help since she was from Barbados. Many people had already tagged her because they believed she could make a difference. Per TMZ, Brad conveyed to Kim that the FBI agents in charge of Amy's case,

"dropped the ball from day one and have been sitting on their hands for years and years."

He said Amy deserved justice and asked Kim to help if she saw the message, adding that their family was hopeful that Amy could still be out there somewhere.

How did Amy Bradley’s brother respond to the critics?

Brad Bradley also told the outlet that after the mini series came out, people had sent her photos of women who looked like Amy, but her family isn’t yet convinced. One person claimed that he had opted for escort-like services from someone who resembled Amy. He also mentioned seeing tattoos on her body. The family attempted get in touch with the person.

Others claimed that they has seen Amy Bradley working at a car wash. Despite all these, the family feels there hasn’t been any substantial progress so far. After the series came out, Brad Bradley spoke exclusively to People and hit out at critics speaking ill of the family. He said:

“Me and my family are getting killed. The internet is a toxic place. Over the years, we've grown some pretty thick skin, because, you know, there's always that side, you have the side of prayers, and support, and love, and caring, and all that good stuff. And then you have people just trying to chew us up and spit us out.”

Brad Bradley said that many people online were making him look like a bad person who supported Trump and didn’t like certain groups of people. They were blaming the family for Amy Bradley’s death. He felt it was unfair because she couldn't speak for herself anymore. So, he thought it was important to tell people that they didn’t know the full story.
