Kim Kardashian and Ray J dated from 2003 to 2006. As per Page Six, during a recent appearance on a stream with Chrisean Rock, Ray J alleged that he's working with federal authorities to build a RICO case against his ex-girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, and her mother, Kris Jenner.

"The federal RICO I'm about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy. I'm talking about, I'm on the news every day. I'mma say a lot of s**t. Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds are coming. There's nothing I can do about it, it's worse than Diddy."

Kim Kardashian began dating the musician after she met him while working as a stylist for his sister Brandy. The couple went on to date for three years and also made a sex tape, which was released in 2007.

Earlier this year, Ray J, while speaking to Cam Newton on his podcast, said that the s*x tape with Kim Kardashian, which came out in 2007, almost ruined his life.

"That was probably the worst thing that's ever happened to me, if you look from then to now. It's the worst thing that's ever been put on my name. It's the most disgusting, the most illegal, and the most distasteful when you have a daughter."

In a 2022 interview with Daily Mail, Ray J alleged that he never owned a copy of any of the tapes that he and Kim made together, and that he also never did any of the things she claims he did on the Kardashians Hulu show.

"I've been in the shadows for over 14 years allowing the Kardashians to use my name, abuse my name, make billions of dollars over a decade and talk about a topic I've never talked about."

While defending his actions, Ray said,

"I've never leaked anything. I've never leaked a sex tape in my life. It's always been an agreement and a partnership between me, Kris Jenner and Kim and we've always been partners since the beginning of this thing."

Ray J also claimed that releasing the tape was his idea, and he suggested it to Kim after noticing Paris Hilton's rise to fame after her tape with Rick Salomon came out. The artist claimed that while Kim wasn't in favor of it, she embraced the idea and asked her mother, Kris Jenner, to arrange the release.
