Vitaly Zdorovetskiy was arrested on April 2, 2025, in the Philippines, by the Philippine authorities after livestreaming on Kick, where he harassed people in public at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. The YouTuber is well known for his edgy pranks and their shock value.

As per The Philippine Star, the country's Bureau of Immigration on June 16 confirmed that the 33-year-old YouTuber had been transferred to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology on Wednesday. After new photos of the streamer were released, fans expressed concerns for his noticeably thinner frame after he was originally detained in the Philippines.

The Philippine Star also released images of the YouTuber in handcuffs on June 16, where fans and netizens noted visible changes to his physical appearance as compared to how he looked following his initial arrest on April 2 in Pasay City.

The Bureau of Immigration declared Vitaly an "undesirable foreign national" after he captured a livestream of him harassing and disrespecting locals. Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla, during a press conference briefing, noted that the YouTuber would be held accountable under Philippine law for alleged acts committed during his stay in the country, many of which were captured on video and published online.

Remulla noted,

"He will remain there for now in the Bureau of Immigration detention facility in Muntinlupa while he awaits his trial here. We will not deport him. He will be held accountable under the law here in Philippines."

He can be seen reportedly jumping onto a moving jeepney and fabricating negative reviews about local businesses. He also allegedly stole small items such as an electric fan from a restaurant and a tricycle, which he later abandoned on the street.

Remulla while addressing the situation said,

"The time when foreigners could just disrespect Filiponos is over. This is an example that we are serious, in our own country. We will not let them belittle us."
