YouTube Colby Brock was diagnosed with testicular cancer in February 2023, per the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation. According to the foundation, the then 26-year-old exuded "optimism" and encouraged other young folks to be aware of their bodies. In a new update shared by the YouTuber on his social media channels on May 27, 2025, he revealed he has been cancer-free for two years.

In April 2023, Colby Brock and his co-creator and best friend, Sam Colbach, talked to YouTuber Dr. Mike about the former's experience of being diagnosed with cancer and their initial reaction. Subsequently, Brocks shared that he "beat cancer" in July 2023.

Colby Brock shared an update on his recovery journey from testicular cancer and expressed gratitude towards his loved ones. Following the removal of the cancerous testicle and rounds of chemotherapy, Colby Brock revealed he was cancer-free in July. However, he revealed in his social media post that if his cancer were to return, it would be "within a couple of years." He wrote,

"Now that I’m at the 2 year mark since treatment, my chances of getting the same cancer again are now only 2-3% or less."

He elaborated on his treatment journey and noted that he would pray to God every single day and never gave up. He described himself as "strongest mentally" throughout his recovery journey. He expressed gratitude towards Sam Colbach and noted that he "stuck" by his side. He added,

"You spent countless of hours learning how to cold cap in hopes of keeping my hair, and drove hours around Vegas every single night finding dry ice for the process haha."

Colby Brock also thanked his reported partner, Maliaa Gee, and described her as "his shoulder to cry on."

"You held my hand in dark times and helped me learn to accept my new life being a cancer survivor, and taught me how to deal with all the trauma/anxiety that comes with it. I love you so much sweetheart. Thank you for being my rock."

Finally, he thanked everyone, including his fans and followers who dropped him DMs during a difficult time. He urged everyone to take care of their "bodies" and "pay attention to lifestyle choices."


Colby is celebrating a health milestone with his fans and followers. The YouTuber revealed the chances of recurrence are very low since he has crossed the two-year mark following his surgery.
