Katy Perry's fans or KatyCats, have their own tradition. Perry's loyal fans honor her by recreating or putting their own spin on some of her most iconic looks throughout her career at each of her Lifetimes Tour stops.
Some of the most well-known iconic looks, which fans are recreating, include attire that pays tribute to the singer's Super Bowl XLIX halftime show from 2015. At the show, Katy wore a multicolored dress, which had stripes and triangles of red, yellow, blue, and white.
Two dancers dressed as the blue sharks danced alongside her. Two of the fans were dressed as the sharks. Some of her fans also wore outfits that resembled Katy's fan-favorite Teenage Dream era from 2010 to 2012. During this era, Katy donned dessert- and candy-themed costumes, vintage pin-ups, and swimwear-inspired looks which seem to be an inspiration to her fans.
More about Katy Perry's lifetime tour

Perry's The Lifetimes Tour, in support of her 143 album, marks her return to touring since the Witness: The Tour, which ran from 2017 to 2018. Perry began her tour on April 23, 2025, in Mexico City and made stops in various cities across the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Katy Perry will conclude her tour in December 2025 in Abu Dhabi after 83 shows in total. The show format includes a six-act extravaganza of 25 songs, which also includes Katy's newest tracks, such as Lifetimes and I'm His, He's Mine.
She will perform songs from her latest album, including Woman's World, Nirvana, and Crush, and also bring back her iconic tracks such as California Girls, I Kissed a Girl, Roar, and Firework.
Although the tour has been taking the internet by storm, there have been several hiccups along the way. During a show at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, on August 3, Perry had brought several young fans on the stage for a rendition of her 2011 song, The One That Got Away.
After the singer handed the four fans shakers, one of them, a girl named McKenna, suddenly collapsed on the stage. Katy Perry immediately dropped to the floor to check on McKenna and crew members and venue medical staff rushed in for help.
After McKenna was carried from the stage, Perry hugged the other three fans for a group prayer. Perry also commended the fans for being "so brave" to get on the stage. She added that she understood the overwhelming feeling and continued to perform her track before ushering the three fans off the stage.
