Who is Andrew Cabot? All about the Privateer Rum CEO and supposed husband of Astronomer HR Cheif Kristin Cabot amid Coldplay kiss cam cheating scandal

Andrew Cabot, CEO of Privateer Rum and a native of Ipswich, MA, is listed on the company’s official website. According to The Post, he is reportedly married to Kristin Cabot, the HR executive recently seen getting cozy with Astronomer CEO Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert.

As per property records obtained by The Post, Kristin Cabot, whose maiden name is Stanek, shares a Rye, New Hampshire, address with Andrew Cabot. She bought a house with Andrew less than five months before the Coldplay scandal, as per The Post. The two have been listed as "husband and wife" in the records and had even earlier sold a different four-bedroom property.

Details on their relationship and marriage are unclear. However, Kristin Cabot's now-deleted LinkedIn account mentions that she was on the "advisory board" at Andrew Cabot's company since 2020. A photo featuring Kristin and Andrew Cabot posing with their two children had gone viral last week.

Andrew Cabot has been the Chief Executive Officer and COO of Privateer Rum Company since 2023. As per his bio, his "ancestor, the original Andrew Cabot (1750-1791), was a merchant, rum distiller and successful American privateer during the American Revolution."

As per his LinkedIn profile, the Privateer Rum CEO's career history mentions that he worked as a President at Content Objects, was a COO of Metrix Systems, among several other work experiences. He has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from UCLA and completed his Master's in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.

While both Kristin and Privateer Rum CEO are yet to comment on their relationship, netizens suspect that Kristin and Astronomer CEO were in an extramarital affair. Astronomer, a New York-based software firm, in a statement posted on LinkedIn, addressed the scandal, saying,

"Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability. The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly."

After the kisscam at Gillette Stadium filmed, Cabot and Byron in an embrace, and ducking immediately, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin joked

"Either they're having an affair or they're just very shy."

Andy Byron is also married to Megan Kerrigan Byron. Megan deleted her last name from social media accounts before deactivating her accounts after the scandal.
