Dmitry Nuyanzin, a fitness influencer from Russia, is no more. The 30-year-old content creator died on November 22 after suffering a heart attack. This happened after he participated in a junk food eating challenge. According to The U.S. Sun, he was on a mission to gain 55lbs only to lose it. His meal during the food marathon comprised cake, pastries, in addition to 10,000 calories every day.Nuyanzin was from Orenburg. He has over 43,000 followers on Instagram. He had 11 years of experience in his profession. According to The Daily Mail, he was an alumnus of the National Fitness University and Orenburg Olympic Reserve School.By participating in the food challenge, Dmitry Nuyanzin wanted to be an inspiration for his viewers and clients. A report from a local media outlet said that his heart failed while he was sleeping. He even announced a day prior that he needed medical attention as he was unwell. News about his death circulated on a Telegram channel named Ostorozhno Novosti.The food-eating challenge reportedly lasted for weeks. According to People Magazine, this was a part of his weight-loss course. At the time, Dmitry Nuyanzin told his viewers:“I am currently gaining weight for my weight-loss course, and this is my 10,000-calorie diet. For breakfast, I have a plate of pastries and half a cake. For lunch, I usually eat 800 grams of dumplings with mayonnaise. The post was captioned (translated):“11.4 million views, it was worth the effort.”The video had these words:“Show the video that made the entire internet aware of you.”On September 20, he shared an Instagram post mentioning that being overweight meant eating a lot of tasty food without thinking about the amount.
