Emman Atienza, the daughter of renowned television host Kim Atienza, was also a popular social media personality. She was tragically found dead in Los Angeles at the age of 19, with her family announcing the news on their social media accounts on October 23.

"It is with deep sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our daughter and sister, Emman. She brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives and into the lives of everyone who knew her. Emman had a way of making people feel seen and heard, and she wasn't afraid to share her own journey with mental health. Her authenticity helped so many feel less alone."

The statement continued,

"To honor Emman's memory, we hope you carry forward the qualities she lived by: compassion, courage, and a little extra kindness in your everyday life. With love, Kim, Feli, Jose and Eliana."

Emman gained recognition for her fun and relatable content. She had worked with Farrah Models in the Philippines and also participated in the Coco Rocha Model Camp in 2022. She also made her runway debut in Bench Fashion Week in the same year.

More about Emman Atienza

Emman Atienza was born to Kim Atienza and his Taiwanese wife, Felicia Hung. Emman has two siblings, Jose III and Eliana.

Earlier in 2024, Emman was seen attending the GMA Gala Night alongside Kuya Kim as his partner. She is widely recognized for creating content that spans art, culture, fashion, humor, entertainment, mental health awareness, and body positivity.

Emman graduated from school last year and had been taking a gap year, as per her appearance in Killa Kush's YouTube video. She mentioned that in her gap year, she had been doing some volunteer work.

Emman speaks Tagalog; however, she was not every fluent. While speaking about her language skills, she said,

"I'm not really fluent in Tagalog, I wish I was though. My mom is not fluent in Tagalog. My dad is the only one who's really fluent in Tagalog, so he's the only one who had to adjust to English rather than us trying to adjust to Tagalog. I grew up in an international school my entire life. I grew up in International School Manila. Everyone there was a foreigner and the Filipinos there also didn't speak Tagalog."

The Filipino personality has faced criticism over the years for being labeled a nepo baby. However, Emman Atienza has repeatedly addressed her privilege, openly acknowledging that she comes from a well-to-do family.
