Arlo Willner, son of late 'SNL' producer Hal Willner and Emmy-winning producer Sheila Rogers, was reportedly charged with attempted murder over the weekend. According to the New York Post, Arlo went on a rampage and slashed three people with his knife outside of "Sally's Bar at the Lexington Avenue." Per the official complaint retrieved by the news outlet, Arlo had approached three men outside the club to ask for "cocaine", and when they denied, he allegedly attacked them with his knife.

The altercation ended when one of the men allegedly grabbed the knife and threw it. Arlo was arrested at approximately 3:35 a.m. and was subsequently arraigned in a Manhattan court. He reportedly pleaded not guilty and was out of jail in less than half a day. The 20-year-old is scheduled to appear for his next hearing on May 22.

Arlo Willner is the son of late music coordinator Hall Willner, who passed away in 2020, and Sheila Rogers, a reputed producer who has been a producer for James Cordena and David Letterman's shows. Arlo was reportedly charged with attempted murder at a Manhattan court but was subsequently released within half a day. According to the New York Post, he was charged with first-degree assault and possession of a weapon.

However, Arlo Willner was let out of jail after a celebrity bondsman, Ira Judelson, reportedly secured a "$200,00 bond". Sheila Rogers hasn't made any official comments about her son. According to Hollywood Reporter, the victims were taken to the "Bellevue Hospital" and were reported to be in a stable condition. It is unclear if the victims will be pressing further charges against Arlo.


Arlo Willner is the son of well-known producer Sheila Rogers and music co-ordinator Hall Willner. The New York Post first identified that he allegedly charged at three men outside Sally's Bar in Manhattan and was subsequently arrested.

It is unclear if the charges will be revised in his upcoming arraignment on May 22. The defendant's parents held prominent positions in the industry. Details about Arlo's life haven't been made public.
