Influencer Caitlin Lyndon shared the details of her harrowing experience with the Telegraph. According to news outlets, the police also reportedly discovered an "abandoned car" on fire near Caitlin's home. It is unclear if the police have established the links between the two incidents.

Perth News reported that Caitlin had moved only two months before into her home. She expressed shock and noted,

“Everyone has enemies … I think everyone p**ses people off in every life, but I would never imagine having p***ed people off enough to have your personal home lit on fire where you and your son’s belongings are.”

Lyndon took to her Instagram stories on July 15 to share The Telegraph's news as the "truth." While she didn't take names, she slammed news that had allegedly attempted to misconstrue her experience. She wrote,

"Atleast there are genuine media outlets who speak the truth unlike the ones who make up their own s** to get attention and more views on his Instagram of bought followers. This man has a vendetta against women after being abducted by one."

She revealed she will be moving into "emergency housing" with her son, but is saddened by the loss of her son's "routine" and "toys."

She added,

“I lost everything. People can hate and say I’m just in Bali and living life, but this is the worst experience of my life."

Melbourne Police has reportedly launched an investigation into Caitlin Lyndon's house incident. She expressed sadness and slammed the alleged "attackers" and promised to "rebuild" her life.
