British media personality Piers Morgan took a swipe at Meghan Markle after several media reports claimed that the Duchess had not contacted her estranged father following his leg amputation. For the unversed, Meghan Markle's father, Thomas Markle, underwent surgery on Wednesday. Doctors had to amputate his left leg below the knee to prevent the life-threatening sepsis or gangrene.The half-brother of the Suits fame shared the news with The Daily Mail on Friday. Many on the internet were keen to know whether the Duchess talked to her father amid his serious medical condition. The Duchess has reportedly not talked to her father since 2018 after he allegedly partnered with the tabloid ahead of his daughter's royal wedding.However, the As Ever founder's representative issued a statement on Friday confirming that the Sussex had reached out to her father. As per the media outlet, Samantha Markle called it "PR bulls**t."Page Six shared the screenshots of her tweets. In one of the tweets, she wrote,"You’re also gullible. Believe it if he’s put on a private jet and put into one of the best hospitals in the United States for care. Until then don’t hold your breath.
