Who is XenaTheWitch? Kick streamer under fire for shooting bystander with paintball gun 

XenaTheWitch is a popular Kick streamer known particularly for her candid takes and erratic behavior. Now, the social media personality is facing major backlash from social media users for shooting an innocent bystander in the thigh with a paintball gun. The incident took place while she was competing in fellow streamer Ice Poseidon’s IRL scavenger hunt, which has a cash prize of $30,000 for the winner.

She was seen and heard carelessly firing several paintballs in the vicinity of parkgoers before a round eventually struck somebody due to her callous antics. To make matters worse, when the woman who was shot and a fellow streamer attempted to bring XenaTheWitch back to her senses and alert her of the implications of her actions, she responded with a dismissive,

“I don’t give a f***”

The entire incident was captured and posted online.

Fortunately, no one was severely injured, although engaging with paintball guns typically requires protective clothing and gear to avoid physical harm.

In the wake of the controversy, social media users have doubled down on their disdain for XenaTheWitch. Several have labeled the incident as an assault and believe she should be dealt with by the authorities accordingly.

One netizen even deemed it clear that what happened was by no means a mistake,

“Wasn't an accident, she shot at the group, without checking "thinking" the girl was part of the streamers she was trying to sabotage in the scavenger hunt. The girl was just a random kayaker,” @CindyQ69 stated.

Sadly, this is not the only controversy on XenaTheWitch’s resume. On January 22, the streamer was in an incident involving her friend and an elderly Uber driver. Some heated words were exchanged, at which point XenaTheWitch’s friend grabbed the driver’s phone before throwing and breaking it on the pavement.

In the aftermath of the incident, she tried to assert her innocence while claiming the driver was at fault, although opinions of her behavior were divided online nonetheless. The prevailing thought is also that even if the driver was in the wrong, he was still an elderly man and did not deserve to incur damage to his property.

It seems as though both incidents are representative of the same type of problematic behavior XenaTheWitch should try and avoid in the future at the risk of alienating the majority of her followers. As of now, she has not made a comment on the situation via any of her verified social media platforms.
