Candace Owens discussed Erika Kirk's most recent interview with Fox News on her December 10 podcast episode. Owens started her latest episode with a clip from Erika's interview, in which she was questioned about Charlie Kirk's grave and the rumors surrounding it. In response, Erika Kirk requested confidentiality over her late husband's burial. She claimed that she had requested "One Thing" for her family and kids, despite the fact that everything was public. Erika said:“Can I have one thing? Can I have one thing? Can my children have one thing? Everything was public. We will be building the most beautiful memorial for my husband at Turning Point USA and it will be for the world to see and it will be spectacular and it will have um basically museum style for our Charlie, for my Charlie. But can I have one thing? Can my babies have one thing where we hold it sacred? Where my husband is laid to rest? where I don't have to be worried about some secular revolutionary coming and destroying my husband's grave”In response to her privacy request, Candace Owens accused Erika Kirk of having ‘Meghan Markle Syndrome.’ She explained this term by saying that Erika doesn’t get to choose what to keep private and what should be public, as she has already been open about Charlie Kirk’s assassination. “So, objectively, I agree with what she's saying. Okay. But subjectively, because we are dealing with the subject of Erica Kirk, uh, and what transpired immediately following Charlie's assassination, this is going to be read as Megan Markle syndrome. Okay, Megan Markle syndrome, where you want privacy when you want it, but you want publicity whenever you want it.” Candace said.She added:“You don't get to like pick and choose when you want privacy and when you don't want privacy."Candace Owens concurred with Erika’s assertion that funeral matters are personal and private. Consequently, she criticized Erika for posting a video featuring Charlie’s casket on her Instagram, emphasizing that she shared such a private video on her social media.“And subjectively as it you know in the matter of Erika Kirk this is the same person who recorded had somebody record her over Charlie Kirk's casket. That was not our business truly and I can say that decision was made by her and it there is yeah some credence to the claim that everybody grieavves differently."She continued:" I wouldn't even record myself over a casket ever. Okay. Some people maybe perhaps want to have that memory. But the decision to publish that, you crying over your husband's casket and to publish his dead body on Instagram was a decision that was made by Erica.”Candace Owens also talked about how Erika Kirk showed strong defense for TPUSAErika Kirk touched on conspiracy claims about the organization's role in her husband's assassination during the Fox News interview. She expressed her firm support for Charlie Kirk's TPUSA. According to Erika Kirk, the Charlie Kirk Show and TPUSA are her family.Erika's emotional response prompted the political commentator, who has repeatedly voiced suspicion about TPUSA. Owens seemingly mocked Erika, saying that TPUSA should pay Erika for psychological operations."It's never been more obvious of a psychological operation.
