Joseph Manzaro has thrust Sean "Diddy" Combs and his former assistant, Brendad Paul, into another legal storm in New York. Per new court documents, he claims that both men were involved in a 2015 drug operation in Florida, and asserts that Paul lied under oath.
According to Manzaro — the man who alleged being "drugged, transported against his will, and s**ually maimed as a victim of a coercive and organized criminal enterprise" by Diddy and others ten years prior — says in the new docs that he witnessed Paul pick up a kilo of co**ine in Deerfield Beach.
The accuser added that Paul arrived in Florida on a motorcycle from Ohio and collected the drugs without any cash being exchanged, stating that the price had already been agreed upon.

Paul was recruited by Diddy's son, Christian Combs, through Instagram to assist in distributing the product, Joseph Manzaro further states. He claims that Paul even bragged about selling m*th to college students.
Joseph Manzaro is now requesting the court to interrogate Paul in a hearing to determine whether he committed perjury during Diddy's high-profile RICO trial.
The hearing is scheduled before the sentencing of the disgraced rap mogul, which is scheduled for October 3, unless the troubled founder of Bad Boy Records, is granted a retrial.
Diddy's accuser Joseph Manzaro crosses out Beyoncé and Jay-Z's names from the lawsuit
Meanwhile, Joseph Manzaro's scathing allegations against Diddy aren't new.
In April, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Emilio and Gloria Estefan, claiming that there was a secret tunnel connecting their home to Diddy's mansion on Star Island.
Joseph Manzaro alleged that this underpass led him to a hidden room where he was s**ually assaulted.

However, the court labeled the suit as "frivolous," ultimately dismissing it, adding that none of the celebrities he named — Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and Lebron James — were in Miami at the time of the alleged assault. This prompted him to remove their names from his filing.
In his original complaint, he states:
"Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter were seated in the room, and upon seeing [Manzaro], Beyoncé Knowles-Carter asked, 'What's this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a [penis] mask standing here in front of me?"'

Despite the omission, the amended complaint remains still identical to the original. The plaintiff states that he was:
"forcibly paraded through multiple rooms filled with people who were jeering and taunting him"
Apart from being assaulted, Joseph Manzaro also alleges that he was "forced to partake in unwanted s**ual activity" before being transported to a different house, where he was "savagely beaten and left for dead."
