Diddy, also known as Sean Combs, is reportedly facing a new $10 million lawsuit filed by a male dancer.
According to a report in Variety, the lawsuit was filed by former model and actor Edmond Laurent on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, in Los Angeles Superior Court. Laurent is known for his appearances in music videos for Britney Spears and Lil’ Kim.

The report stated that he has sued the rapper for allegedly a series of serious offenses, including rape, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, sexual battery, civil conspiracy, and aiding and abetting.
In his lawsuit, Laurent claimed that he was drugged and raped by Diddy and an unidentified woman who allegedly damaged a condom, exposing the plaintiff to a sexually transmitted infection. He claimed that since then, he developed health issues, including stomach cancer, which he has attributed to his mistreatment at the hands of the rapper.

In his 32-page complaint, Edmond Laurent detailed a series of incidents from the late 2000s, where he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Diddy and an unidentified woman at prominent hotels in Los Angeles, such as the Intercontinental Century City, SLS Beverly Hills, and the Mondrian in West Hollywood.

His complaint stated that Laurent is heterosexual and was once a highly sought-after dancer who appeared in music videos by “Tupac, Dr. Dre, Britney Spears, Lil Kim, Tamia, and other prominent artists,” as reported by Variety. He also appeared in Baywatch, which aired between 1989 and 2001.
Laurent’s complaint further noted that he moonlighted as an exotic dancer named “Islander.” When the alleged incident took place, he was signed by a modeling agency that booked him as an extra in films, music videos, and bachelorette parties as male entertainment, according to a report in Variety.
His first encounter with Diddy occurred when he was invited to perform at a bachelorette party in Los Angeles at a hotel. He said that at the party, he met a man and a woman wearing masks who wanted a private dance. The man was Combs, as per the complaint. The lawsuit stated:
“Seeing nothing wrong with the request, Plaintiff proceeded to perform. After the performance, he was paid and left.”

The Variety report stated that a few days later, he received another call from the woman. But this time, after his performance, the woman propositioned him for intercourse with her. He noted in his complaint that during that time, Diddy said “how much pleasure he derived from watching another man ‘f–k’ his girl.” He stated that he agreed, and proceeded to have s*x and was paid $1000 for the act.
He allegedly stated that they met again at the Mondrian, where “the couple unmasked themselves and asked Plaintiff to apply an excessive amount of baby oil.” He also mentioned that he was offered multiple drugs such as cocaine, ecstasy, and GHB, which he declined. Additionally, he said that Diddy offered him alcohol. His complaint stated:
“Combs … insisted that Plaintiff be on the same ‘frequency’ as they were, demanding that he take at least one shot of alcohol to ‘lighten up.’ Plaintiff, reluctant but under pressure, obliged.”
He also alleges in his complaint that during his final encounter, his drink was spiked with Rohypnol by Jane Doe and Combs. He reportedly claimed that when he regained consciousness he felt immense pressure and pain in his rectum, eventually he developed anal warts around it and was diagnosed with condyloma.
Edmond Laurent is represented by his attorneys, Rodney Diggs and Tyrone Blackburn. Diddy is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, New York, as he awaits the jury’s verdict in a high-profile federal criminal trial.
