A female witness whose identity remains unknown is likely to be arrested in the Celeste Rivas grand jury for being uncooperative. According to an exclusive report from TMZ, one female witness has refused to work with the jury, and Beth Silverman, the deputy D.A., who is presenting the case, is about to issue a "body attachment."On Wednesday afternoon, Beth Silverman, who was presenting the case in Los Angeles, walked down the hall and saw Evan Jeness, Robert Morgenroth's (D4vd's manager) attorney. A frustrated Silverman told Jeness that she would have to issue a "body attachment" if the witness failed to comply with the court. In layman's terms, "body attachment," as explained by the SHouse California Law Group, means:"A body attachment is a warrant issued by a judge that authorizes a law enforcement officer to arrest you and bring you to court. A judge may issue the warrant in either a criminal or civil case."As mentioned, there is almost no information about the female witness, except for the fact that Evan Jeness, Morgenroth's attorney, represents her.
