Offset’s indirect tweet about Cardi B gets a subtle response from Stefon Diggs

Stefon Diggs has taken an indirect jab at Cardi B's ex-husband, Offset, after he uploaded a tweet allegedly aimed at Cardi B. On June 1, Cardi made her relationship with Stefon Diggs official through a bunch of photos on Instagram. In one of the photos, Cardi was seen keeping her hands on Stefon's cheeks while he was looking at her, confirming the dating rumors.

After the announcement, they got love and support from their fans on social media. Soon after, in a now-deleted tweet, Offset wrote,

"Good roll out n PR"

Additionally, he also uploaded a tweet showing a player in a red jersey throwing the basketball with the caption:

"Today I Pass."

However, to fans' surprise, Diggs added an Instagram story in no time, showing a player catching a ball. While fans wondered how this was related to Set's response, many speculated this was a clever response to Set’s “passing” tweet, with Offset throwing the ball and Diggs catching it.

Offset’s recent tweet about Stefon Diggs and Cardi comes amid ongoing tensions and occasional reunions with Quavo (a member of Migos) following Takeoff’s death.

What happened between Cardi B and Offset?

Cardi B and Offset reportedly started their relationship in 2017 and also married the same year. However, the rapper was later accused of cheating on Cardi with another woman.

The I Like It singer has since then opened up in many interviews, talking about the cheating. In an interview with W Magazine, Cardi told,

"He’s known for having different women, and I’m known for, like, not taking shit from guys. But we really loved each other, and we was scared to lose each other.”

The couple went through several breakups and makeups over the years. In 2024, Cardi filed for divorce from Set for the second time. The first time she filed was in 2020, but she later called it off.

Offset also accused Cardi B of cheating on him with Stefon Diggs while she was pregnant with their third child. Cardi replied to the claim on her X by writing,

"AND DID !!!!!!"

Cardi B later opened up about the ongoing tensions in an Instagram Live by saying,

"I don’t regret my kids. You a good daddy. You aight. I don’t regret none of them. But f*k you. I regret you. I’m too good for you."

While Cardi uploaded the yacht photos confirming the relationship, Diggs also didn't shy away from sharing their couple photo from May. The two were seen last month at the Boston Celtics vs. New York Knicks game, sparking the dating rumors.

Diggs captioned the post with,

"to the month of May, I appreciate you none the less… gotta stay focused 🤞🏾"

Cardi and Set share three children together named Kulture, Blossom, and Wave.
