Fans react as Drake showers love on Adin Ross’s Twitch comeback
When Drake took to Twitch to celebrate his mate Adin Ross’s return to the social media platform by gifting him 2k subscribers, fans couldn’t keep calm. Ross went live for the first time since 2023, addressing his community with a message:
“I didn't think we would get here.”
Here is a look at the reactions from the fans.
“He's Goated for that, because a lot of these rappers won't do that,” a user said.
“Drake really out here pushing Adin back to his roots and dropping bags on subs like it’s nothing,” another user chimed in.

“That's actually really cool of Drake. Reminds me of how Sean Curtis is always supporting smaller creators too,” a third added.
However, a few slammed Adin Ross for leaving Kick. Some called out Drake for calling Ross a “daddy”, given their age difference.
“reconnect with random people from four years ago? lol never seen someone as mentally weak, impressionable and easily manipulated as adin. you let one man convince you to abandon everything you built for years that you have equity in for his own agenda,” someone commented.
“Not my goat calling a kid 14 years younger than him daddy,” a user quipped.
Adin Ross was in the middle of his livestream on Kick when he experienced technical difficulties, which led him to switch to Twitch. Ross joined Kick in early 2023. In over two years, he gained a massive following of over 1 million.
In December 2024, Ross announced that he was leaving Kick “indefinitely” and stepping down from his positions at the company, according to a report in Dexerto. He also explained his wish to work on reinstating his channel. He wrote in a tweet:
“I will be making a full video on why I am leaving kick indefinitely, I am stepping down officially and I will be going into detail about this, this week. I will tell you all everything. With that being said, I am going to fully focus on being reinstated on twitch. Thank you.”
For the unversed, Ross has joined a partnership deal with Rainbet, a crypto casino platform. Reportedly, he has received a $50 million signing bonus along with $200,000 in “raw balance” credit to use on the site. He was previously sponsored by Stake, another crypto casino.
