Penelope Disick shares rare insights into her budding fashion world at 13

Penelope Disick took to TikTok to share a photo dump of what she has been up to recently. Penelope, who shares the TikTok account (@pandkourt) with her mother, Kourtney Kardashian, posted shots of her different interests, her experiment with fashion, her nails, and sported a bold new haircut. She did not caption the post but used an original audio from @jose.32491 as background music.

Kourtney is one of Penelope's biggest supporters when it comes to her creative growth and fashion. During an interview with E! News three years ago, she said:

"She's ever changing, but she's very specific... She surprises me. She wanted to come here with me to Fashion Week and she was like, 'What are my looks gonna be?' I love when she can be creative and have her opinion and pick out her own stuff and I also love to let the perfectionism go when I can and just allow them to pick their own stuff and do it how they love."

Penelope Disick experimenting with fashion on her latest TikTok post

In the bunch of photos Penelope Disick posted, she wore different styles, from girly skirts to boyish camo pants. Not only did she include her OOTDs, but she also shared a few photos of her interest in fashion, including her bright blue sewing machine next to spools of different colored thread, cut-up photos of Vogue models pasted on a moodboard, and more.

The second photo in the carousel included a faceless photo of her, wearing a yellow buttoned-up sweater with a white skirt paired with black ballet flats. She accessorizes with a black shoulder bag.

Penelope Disick is not scared of being an outfit repeater. A few slides down, she was wearing the same yellow sweater, but this time, paired with a pair of blue denim jeans and black oval glasses as an accessory.

In another photo, she wore a white top and a white button-down sweater with camouflaged three-quarter pants, paired with brown Timberland boots. She had her hair in two tiny pigtails, the iconic oval glasses, and a black shoulder bag.

Penelope seems to be a fan of polka dots. In one of the photos where she was applying her Rhode lip gloss, her nails were painted white with tiny black polka dots. Another photo featuring a huge cup of matcha, her nails were painted the same shade of white, but with five dots vertically down the middle.

Another photo where she was sporting dots was an elevator photo. She was standing with her back towards the camera, wearing a sheer white top with black and white polka-dotted shorts and black thong slippers.

Penelope shared a photo of her black studded bikini. In one of the pictures, she wore it underneath a white ruched white top with black shorts, and forest green Hunter boots.

Penelope Disick seems to love the balance between feminine and masculine pieces. In one of the photos, she was seen wearing an off-the-shoulder top with a dark pair of pants and a huge brown belt. She was also seen wearing dainty Miu Miu flats with cutoff shorts.

In the second last photo, she debuted her new hairstyle. A short bob with bold bangs. She was wearing a red halter-neck top, taking a selfie, and flaunting her white, glazed, sharp nails. The entire look screams high fashion.
