Sabrina Carpenter's dogs, Goodwin and Louie, are taking center stage with their own cover story. On August 18, Vogue Magazine uploaded a magazine cover featuring Carpenter's dogs on Dogue's cover story with the caption:
"@SabrinaCarpenter’s dogs, Goodwin and Louie, truly live up to the title Man’s Best Friend—though not to be confused with her upcoming album of the same name. Their full names? Simply Goodwin (an Angel Doll pup) and Louie (a Cavapoo)."
Goodwin, a mix of Maltese, Lhasa Apso, Yorkshire Terrier, and long-haired Chihuahua, is 14 years old and has been with Sabrina since she was 13. Her other dog, Louie, is a one-year-old Cavapoo.
Reflecting on taking her dogs along on her Short n' Sweet tour, she told Vogue:
"They wait in my dressing room during the show, so they’ve actually never gotten to see me perform live which sucks for them because I think they’d like it."

Sabrina Carpenter reveals her dog's best quality
Speaking of her dog's best quality, Carpenter revealed that her dog loves to cuddle and is the nicest. In the interview, the singer also revealed her dog's weird nicknames, stating:
"Goodwin’s alter ego has always been Badwin, which seems pretty self-explanatory. So when he’s not being a good dog, it’s Badwin. For Louie, he’s so new to this earth. When he’s being bad, I call him Lucifer, but most of the time I just call him LouLou."
Adding to their qualities, she said that her older dog, Goodwin, is very empathetic, and her younger dog, Louie, is a good listener. Talking about their favorite toys, she said:
"Goodwin’s soft bear is basically all he can handle. Louie, multiple toys, but mainly anything we throw, he fetches."
Along with featuring Sabrina Carpenter's dogs and the 2025 Dogue competition winner, named Tango, and runners-up Lola and Rupert, the magazine also featured Maluma's dog and Blackpink's Rosé's dog, Hank.
