Shailene Woodley and Lucas Bravo have confirmed rumors about their relationship with a public post on Instagram. The gossip mill has been connecting the dots between the actors since March 2025, when they were spotted taking a stroll in Paris.
It seems that Lucas Bravo has put an end to the speculations with a post on Instagram on April 30, 2025. The Emily in Paris actor shared a carousel of photos from his and Woodley’s trip to the desert in Slab City, California, with the caption “Howdy Slab City.”
One photo shows what appears to be Shailene Woodley and Lucas Bravo holding hands in matching blue jeans. In another, the duo is seated on the grass and all smiles for the camera in cowboy hats and dark shades.
In another slide, Woodley and Bravo pose for a group hug alongside singer Sophie Hawley-Weld. The French actor and Divergent actress also visited Leonard Knight’s outdoor art installation at Salvation Mountain.

According to Page Six, the duo was spotted taking a stroll in Paris in March 2025. In the viral photos, the French actor could be seen with an arm around Woodley as they walked on the street. In another shot, the popular actors walked hand-in-hand and appeared deep in conversation.
Lucas Bravo revealed to Page Six during the Broadway opening of the movie Good Night, and Good Luck in April 2025 that he had a special someone in his life. He added that he didn't mind that his pictures with Shailene Woodley were all over the tabloids:
“Yeah, I think everyone would agree with that. But, you know, when you love and you’re happy, nothing really matters."
Shailene Woodley previously dated and was engaged to NFL player Aaron Rodgers before it was called off in February 2022. In an interview with Net-A-Porter in January 2023, the actress described the split as one of the “hardest times in her life.”
“It was hard to film because I was going through the darkest, hardest time in my life; it was winter in New York, and my personal life was shitty, so it felt like a big pain bubble for eight months."
She added:
“I was so grateful that at least I could go to work and cry and process my emotions through my character.”
