iShowSpeed was at the premiere of his latest YouTube series, 'Speed Goes Pro,' when he saw his "old friend," Randy Orton. A year ago, Speed and Orton met, but under very different circumstances. Speed, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr., was supporting his streamer friend Logan Paul at WWE WrestleMania XL, dressed in a full-body PRIME (Logan Paul's drink) suit.
During the WrestleMania XL match, Speed was on the sidelines when Randy Orton landed a kick to the YouTuber's stomach and RKO'd him on one of the tables.
Fast forward to a year from that incident, Orton attended Darren's 'Speed Goes Pro' premiere. A clip shared by @scubaryan_ on X shows Speed trying to use Randy's RKO move on the professional wrestler himself. Speed also thanked Orton for attending the premiere, when the latter mentioned that they would be doing "something in a couple of weeks," leaving the fans wondering what Orton was talking about.
How did fans react to iShowSpeed trying to RKO Randy Orton?
Fans were excited to see iShowSpeed and Randy Orton reuniting in a different setting. Before Orton saw him, he was sneaking up behind the wrestler, imitating his signature move, the 'RKO,' but never finished it.
One user (@bas_yuhi_) commented:
"Speed does what he wants"
Randy also brought up that the two of them are doing something in the next couple of weeks, leaving fans wondering what he meant. Nonetheless, fans are already speculating in the comments.
