Camryn Giselle Booker, an 18-year-old student of Texas Tech college, has been expelled after a viral video showed her mocking Charlie Kirk and picking fights with his mourners. The news of her expulsion comes after the 18-year-old was arrested and charged with assault. She was later released from jail on bond.
A press release from Texas Tech College reads:
“Any behavior that denigrates victims of violence is reprehensible, has no place on our campus, and is not aligned with our values. Federal law prevents Texas Tech University from commenting on individual student conduct matters. We take all reported violations seriously and address them under university policy and the law.”

A video went viral, which showed Booker jumping and yelling at students who were paying tribute to the right-wing activist who was tragically shot. She said on camera:
"F*** y'all homie dead, he got shot in the head,”
A man who was participating in the Vigil for late Charlie Kirk was getting harassed by Booker as the former college student kept pointing her phone at and recording him. A student at the scene urged Booker to “back up, please.”
Booker continued to harass the man. She told him not to "push the camera in my face". The man replied:
You walked up to me. I don't want this. I said, “Rest in peace.”
Undeterred, Camryn Mide and Camryn Giselle Booker continued to push her phone in his face while saying:
"Okay, and I can do this too.”
Camryn Giselle Booker also accused the man and woman in the video of being racist towards her. She added that they were telling her to calm down and calling her aggressive because she was black.
One of the attendees at the tribute event for Kirk alleged that Booker began using derogatory words and calling people “fascists” because they were mourning Kirk.
Other reports state that Booker shoved some of the attendees, including an older woman and another woman, and her young child.
