TraxNYC, also known as Maksud Agadjani, recently took to social media to post allegations against Akay Diamonds, stating that one of his customers had been scammed by them. In the video, Trax calls Akay Diamonds a disgusting company, testing a chain that they had allegedly sold in his name:

"So this is the receipt from this disgusting company that pretends to be me. Says they are TraxNYC. Sells my customer a bracelet. Rips him off. And rips him off on the gold. They're saying its 14 carat gold. Well, we're gonna test this bracelet right now."

TraxNYC then revealed that the gold chain, allegedly from Akay Diamonds, is made of 10-carat gold, as tested live on video. Then the owner asked his customer whether or not Akay Diamonds had pretended to be him. The customer agreed. After that, Trax accused Akay Diamonds of stealing his customers. Then Trax went on to make another video asking everyone who has been allegedly scammed by AKAY Diamonds to go over to their shop and group together with him to get everyone's money back.

In another part of the clip, Trax gives his customer twenty-two thousand dollars, the price of the chain the customer was allegedly scammed on by AKAY Diamonds, plus an extra thousand for his troubles. He then proceeds to throw around things at AKAY's booth, before confronting an employee asking for his money and calling them thieves. Then he asked to stop by another employee of the AKAY Diamonds, and other people asked him to calm down.

Later, Trax comes back, and another confrontation takes place, with an employee at AKAY Diamond spitting on him, leading to a massive confrontation. Both clips have since gone viral.

Now, The Luxury Watch Guy has responded to the video of TraxNYC at AKAY Diamonds, stating:

"I thought this was theatre at first but I guess it’s legit. I don’t have the facts here so don’t have an opinion on the matter. All I’ll say is I know these Turks very well and if they wanted to they could make Trax disappear with one phone call."

In response to a comment that Trax was right to go after AKAY Diamonds for allegedly scamming his customer, The Luxury Watch guy went on to state that Trax might have just wanted good content, and that's why he made such a public confrontation:

TraxNYC alleges he was assaulted by AKAY Diamonds' people

After the video clip above, in which the Luxury Watch Guy reacts, TraxNYC was allegedly assaulted by AKAY Diamonds' people. Trax posted videos of the confrontation and showed himself in the hospital, stating that someone from AKAY allegedly tried choking him with his own chain.

AKAY Diamonds has refuted the claims that they scammed anybody and accused the customer of being a scammer instead, showcasing CCTV footage which shows the guy shopping around in each booth, contrary to the claim that he went directly to AKAY and they pretended to be TRAX. AKAY alleges that the customer asked them to help him.

More recently, AKAY Diamonds' people involved in the confrontation were arrested by the NYPD for physical assault against TraxNYC, with video footage viral on social media showing them being led out by NYPD officers of the Diamond District. TRAX NYC is planning to sue AKAY Diamonds for the alleged assault.
