Bella Thorne is not holding herself back from sharing her feelings with her fans. The Midnight Sun actress shared an Instagram post on November 19. It began with clips of her crying, showing how tough things had been for her. The video then moved to happy moments, where she was seen proposing to her now fiancé, Mark Emms, and spending a fun time with him.

The caption of the post read:

"This past year wasn’t easy. Being away from home for so long took a toll on me in ways I didn’t expect. I felt isolated, overwhelmed, and honestly… a little lost. There were days I didn’t recognize myself, and it felt like there was no clear way back to feeling okay."

Talking about the happy days, she added:

"But these last few months, the people I love pulled me out of that fog. My family, my friends, and my fiancé reminded me I wasn’t alone, even when it felt like I was. This time of year always makes me pause and really look around."

Thorne got engaged to Emms in March. Earlier this year, Bella took the initiative to again propose to her fiancé, Mark, moments of which she added on social media. The actress was also recently seen attending an NFL match and visiting Disney. For her birthday, Mark also put on an exhibition with photos of her hands.

Bella Thorne shares a hopeful note to fans

Along with opening up about her own highs and lows, Bella Thorne also inspired fans to look forward with hope, writing:

"The good and the hard moments both shaped me, but it’s the hard ones that make the good feel that much sweeter. If you’re in a rough season, I hope you get your light back too. You deserve it. 🤍"

The comments were soon filled with love and support, with fans thanking her for sharing both the hard moments and the happy ones. Many celebrity figures, including Romani Flaminia, Kim Lee, and Martina Young, also showed up for the actress in the comments.

Last year, the actress talked about child therapy in an exclusive interview with People, where she said:

"There should be real therapy mandated for children growing up and becoming famous overnight."

Bella Thorne revealed that her dyslexia made school and reading very hard, and she was often bullied for it. She added that Disney was the first to make her feel positive about it, sharing:

"One of the writers figured out I was dyslexic, and Disney made an episode about it. They made CeCe dyslexic. That was such a sweet moment. It was like, "Wow, you guys think this is a good thing to talk about?""

While the couple are engaged, Bella Thorne last year revealed to People that she is not focusing on marriage as of now because of her work. However, it's definitely on her cards.
