Valorant pro player Ava 'Florescent' Eugene has reportedly addressed s*xual assault allegations against her on May 17, 2025. She is reportedly the first woman to play in a "Tier 1 Valorant League". Ava took to her X channel to acknowledge that she is "aware of the allegations" made against her.

The post comes after a former Games Changer Player, Marceline 'Karie' Carlson, shared a post on her X channel on May 17 to "talk about the disgusting actions" by Ava in the past year to a former partner, referred to as Brick. Ava revealed she is currently treating this matter and seeking "immediate legal assistance." She added,

"I strongly deny any and all accusations of SA."

She added,

"I wish I could provide evidence for the public to see immediately, but I have been asked to refrain from sharing at this time for my own safety. I ask that you please respect the other party’s privacy at this time."

Valorant player Florescent has responded to the allegations against her through an X post on May 17. Ava's responses came after Karie attached a detailed Google document about the experiences her friend had reportedly gone through. In the document, Karie describes that she wants to "bring to light" what Ava had done to "one of the most important people" in her life. She alleged that Ava assaulted 'Brick' on January 3, 2024, and noted that the "victim" is taking time to "assess what she needs to make public."

In the public document, Karie also attached the alleged screenshots of 'Brick' describing the assault experience from that day. It is unclear if Karie or 'Brick' has sought legal measures against Ava. They haven't posted in response to Florescent's denial of the accusations. The allegations come after Ava revealed she will not be participating in the remainder of the 2025 VCT season, as confirmed by Apeks.

Florescent has denied the allegations and noted that she is currently seeking "legal" assistance. She claimed that she has "evidence" but has been advised not to reveal any private information to the public.

Ava reportedly rose to fame quickly in the previous year for her gaming skills. However, the allegations can not only invite legal trouble but also impact her name in the gaming community. It is unclear if 'Brick' will be revealing more information, but they are assessing ways in which they can, per Karie's statement.
