Kanye West appeared at Sean “Diddy” Combs’s trial for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution on June 13, 2025, and caused a stir outside the courthouse. West’s appearance at Diddy’s trial comes after reports from CNN that the Famous rapper was in talks with the music executive’s family about showing support at the courthouse.

According to live updates from The New York Post, the rapper was dressed in a white monochrome ensemble consisting of a denim jacket and trousers. He paired the outfit with black sunglasses.

West reportedly observed proceedings from the overflow section, not the main courtroom. Clips on X show the rapper exiting the courthouse about an hour after his arrival.

Kanye West has been vocal about his support for the controversial Bad Boy label boss.

On February 7, 2025, West tweeted on X that Diddy was being targeted in an attempt to scare Black artists:

"JUST FOR CLARITY THEY TYRING TO MAKE AN EXAMPLE OUT OF PUFF ME AND MY BROTHER HAD OUR ISSUES BUT THESE WHITE PEOPLE TRYING TO USE PUFF TO SCARE N----S. IM NEITHER SCARED NOR BRAVE; THIS JUST ME,"

The rapper also tweeted to President Donald Trump,

Fans react as Kanye West arrives at the courthouse in support of Sean Diddy Combs

Pop culture news outlet @kurrco shared a clip of Kanye West arriving at the courthouse. @Noirkurls commented that West’s appearance at Sean Diddy Combs’ trial was in line with the rapper’s affinity for controversy:
