Additionally, Bernard is seeking monthly child support of roughly US $77,245, and claims he has become financially dependent on Sia alleging she shut down their joint business, leaving him without income. He portrays himself as the only safe and reliable parent: young, healthy, no history of drug or alcohol problems, and with no criminal record. As for the response, Sia denies the claims of substance abuse, stating she has been sober for more than six months and has repeatedly agreed to drug testing while asserting that it was her ex who refused.
