Jared Leto is facing allegations of sexual misconduct from up to nine women. The Hollywood star became the subject of controversy when, in May 2025, a Los Angeles music producer and DJ, Allie Teilz, reposted a 2012 Facebook status that she’d written on Instagram, accusing the actor of assaulting and traumatizing her. Her post was reported by Air Mail News on June 7, 2025:
"Youre [sic] not really in L.A. until Jared Leto tries to force himself on you backstage… In a kilt.. And a snow hat.”
She wrote in another Instagram story:
“I was assaulted and traumatized by this creep when I was 17”
“He knew my age and didn’t care. What he did was predatory, terrifying and unacceptable.”
Allie continued to make allegations about the Suicide Squad actor and added a comment:
"Throwback to 2012, Jared Leto was a creep then … still a creep now, going on 15+ years of being Hollywood’s most persistent predator in a kilt.”
And another:
“29+ years of being a pedophile. when does this end? protect our girls"
Jared Leto is being accused of being a predator, a creep, and of assaulting underage women. The actor’s representative has "expressly denied" all of the allegations against him.

Air Mail News on June 7, 2025, reported that it had received several messages from women who claimed to have survived Jared Leto and published them for all to see. One of the women who had reportedly reached out to Air Mail News stated that Leto allegedly had a habit of chatting up underage girls.
The anonymous person added that the actor’s habit had gone unchecked in the industry for years—it was widely known, and many preferred to look the other way.

Another woman claimed that she was 16 when Leto approached her at Urth Caffé in Los Angeles. She alleged that the House of Gucci actor called her at night using the “weirdest and grossest voice”.
She recalled another instance where the actor allegedly called her at night, asking inappropriate questions like:
"Have you ever had a boyfriend? Have you ever sucked a d***?’."
Laura La Rue also claimed that she had a similar experience with Leto in 2008. The model stated that she was 16 years old when she attended an animal rights benefit in Beverly Hills and was approached by Leto.
The man actor reportedly got La Rue’s number and invited her over to his home. Whilst there, La Rue claimed that the actor walked out completely naked.
Another woman alleged that she “hooked up” with Jared Leto when she was 20 years old, after meeting him at the “Dallas Buyers Club”.
Leto’s representative has continued to deny these allegations and several others.
