Hailey Bieber referenced the iconic Elle Woods as she celebrated the launching of Rhodes Beauty on the New York Stock Exchange on September 9, 2025. The beauty mogul and model took to TikTok to share a video of herself lip-syncing the dialogue between the characters Elle Woods and her ex-boyfriend Warner Huntington III.

Warner has broken up with Elle because he wants a " clever " woman who can attend Harvard Law School. He is surprised to see Elle in Harvard and Hailey Bieber dressed in a tailored pinstripe suit and skirt, acts out the conversation between the characters:

Warner: Are you here to see me?

Hailey as Elle: No, silly, I go here.

Warner responds: You got into Harvard Law?"

Hailey as Elle: What, like it's hard?"

Hailey Bieber shares excitement during Rhode’s e.l.f. Acquisition at NYSE

The 28-year-old entrepreneur was all smiles at the acquisition ceremony of Rhodes by beauty giant e.l.f. Her beauty company, launched in 2022, has reportedly generated over $200 million in sales. Rhode Beauty was recently acquired by e.l.f for $1 billion, and Bieber was appointed Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation.

She spoke with ABC at the NYSE event:

“I feel invigorated, excited and more ready than ever to step into an even bigger role as Chief Creative Officer, and Head of Innovation of Rhode as well as strategic advisor to e.l.f. Beauty.”

Rhode recently launched in Sephora, and Hailey Bieber spoke on the brand’s next chapter of growth:

"My goal since day one has been to bring rhode to as many people as possible; however, they prefer to shop, whether online or in-person.” With its global footprint, Sephora was the perfect partner to help bring my vision to life.”

Lauren Ratner, President & Chief Brand Officer of Rhode, added in a press statement that launching in Sephora aligned with the brand’s goal to bring their products closer to their customers.

Priya Venkatesh, Global Chief Merchandising Officer at Sephora, stated that they were excited to welcome Rhode into their portfolio of brands.

The launch is effective in the US and Canada, with plans to roll out to the UK in the fall.
