Kai Cenat and Bop House are in an ongoing clash of ideas, following Cenat’s decision to exclude Bops from his newly launched Streamer University.
The idea of Kai Cenat's streaming school is not new; the young streamer hinted at it during a stream earlier this year.
“I’m going to rent out a university over a course of a weekend. It will be a streaming university. Okay? I’m going to rent it out.”
“I’m going to put out enrolls and applications of people to enroll into the university, no matter if you’re big, no matter if you’re a small streamer, you can stream the entire weekend,” he said during the stream.
On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, Kai made news headlines when he officially announced the launch of his school for content creators, Streamer University. The popular YouTuber made the announcement via a video he shared on his official Instagram page.
“I’m excited to extend to you a most heartfelt welcome to the very first class of Streamer University. Here, you will find a school where chaos is encouraged and content is king,” he said in the video.
According to reports, Cenat received over a million applications from streamers worldwide within minutes of launching the university website.

While the streaming community was excited about the new school designed specifically for them, Kai Cenat went live to share more insights about the institution.
However, Cenat’s statement during the live stream caused a lot of backlash. In the recent stream, Kai announced that women who do OnlyFans are not allowed into the university.
“Tell me why there are OnlyFans b*tches applying, talking about how they stream. We're not talking about streaming on OnlyFans! N*gga, you can't get in because… What the f*ck? I had to look that up. Can you live-stream on OnlyFans? Why do you think your live-streaming on OnlyFans is going to make you come into Streamer University? Tacky thanks for the 10 gifted. Appreciate it. Like n*gga, like how does that even make sense?! You feel me?” he said in a viral clip from the stream.
Kai Cenat’s announcement caused an uproar, especially among OnlyFans models, who called his actions sexist, gatekeeping, and discriminatory.

Reacting to the announcement, Bop House, a crew of OnlyFans models, announces the upcoming launch of their own OnlyFans-friendly streaming university, Bop University.
Camilla Araújo, Bop House's popular face and co-founder, announced the news in a now-viral TikTok video.
“What is going on, everybody? I am gathered here today with my team to discuss the recent talk on Streamer University. As you guys know, the infamous five-foot-two streamer by the name of Kai Cenat is not allowing bops into the university. So me and the team have made an executive decision to start Bop University.”
“Our goal here with Bop University, as opposed to Streamer University, is to not discriminate against bops. We want to create an inclusive environment and community for everyone to feel comfortable and safe. So, more information coming soon,” Aishah Sofey, another popular member of the Bop House, added.
In another video shared on the Bop House TikTok account, the Bop Queens promised to announce more information about their upcoming streamer university soon.
The Bop House clapback has generated a lot of buzz in the streaming community, racking up support from influencers and streamers. Hashtags like #BopUniversity and #LetTheBopsIn have been trending.
