Ky Frost, the main suspect in the killing of rapper T-Hood, originally known as Tevin Hood, posted a cryptic message on his Instagram story on September 15. Featuring a mirror selfie of himself, he wrote:
"I been thru so much sh*t I needa back rub 😢"
He also paired the image with the song 'Back Rubbed' by Rio Da Yung OG, featuring its lyrics:
"I been through so much shit, I need back rub/ I love drank so much, I wanna a Act’ tub/ I came home from the feds, ran my racks up, uh/ I bought a sandwich bag it wasn't packed up"
While Ky Frost didn’t directly mention the shooting, many online are speculating if the caption is connected to the incident, fueling curiosity and discussions across social media.
How is Ky Frost associated with T-Hood's death?
T-Hood was fatally shot numerous times in the back in Georgia in August 2025, resulting in his death. Before his death, T-Hood was in a relationship with Kelsie Frost, Ky Frost’s sister. However, there were strains in their relationship.
Ky Frost was later named the prime suspect and was taken in for investigation regarding T-Hood's death because of his sister and his connection to T-Hood.
Authorities reportedly confirmed that the event happened:
"following a domestic dispute at the residence, where Farmer resided, in which a woman was assaulted and sustained physical injuries as a result"
While Ky Frost remains the prime suspect, police are also investigating whether the shooting may have been carried out in self-defense.
On August 23, The Law Firm of Michael S. Wilensky, LLC posted an Instagram post that read:
"We recognize that the criminal investigation is ongoing, and we will allow the Gwinnett County Police Department to continue doing their job. The family is truly grateful for the effort and commitment law enforcement has shown and will continue to show throughout this process. What we do know at this time is that Tevin Hood was shot from the back four times. That fact is both deeply troubling and heartbreaking to his loved ones."
The statement continues:
"And, there was only one person left to tell their side of the story. There are still more facts to uncover, but what remains certain is that justice must be served for Tevin’s daughter - whether through criminal accountability, civil action, or both."
T-Hood was also a father to his daughter.
