Love Is Blind alums Brennon and Alexa announced their split on December 3, after four years of marriage and just a year after welcoming their daughter, Vienna Ziva Lemieux. Alexa shared the news via an Instagram post. However, according to court records obtained by People Magazine, the couple filed for divorce on November 5, nearly a month before they made the announcement.Brennon, who filed for the divorce, reasoned that their marriage had become “insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between” that has led to the destruction of “legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”The couple has decided to reach a written agreement outside of court regarding the custody of their daughter and the division of their joint property. Brennon requested that he keep any assets he owned before the marriage.“If such an agreement is made, [Brennon] requests that the court approve that agreement and adopt it as the Court’s order. If such an agreement is not made, [he] requests the court to make orders for conservatorship of, possession of, access to and support of the child,” Brennon’s court filing read as per US Weekly.In 2022, Alexa revealed in a video that they didn't get a prenup. She said:“We never had one. I also never asked for one. It’s something that Brennon brought up and asked about getting one to protect me. It’s just something I wasn’t interested in doing.”Brennon also shared in an episode of Love Is Blind that he had no issues with getting a prenup, and it was up to Alexa since she made more money than he did.“You wanna write it? Just put whatever you want in that contract, and it’s fine. I’ll sign it. My job is not my life. I wanna be, like, the coach of my kids. … I want to be involved in their lives for everything, and just like the thing with family dinner.
