TMZ reported that Jasmine has filed for divorce from Gino, serving him through Pinellas County, Florida’s La Gaceta newspaper. She took the step after she was unable to serve her former lover papers at his home in Michigan.

Reports indicated that Jasmine who relocated to Florida wanted to finalize the split quickly so she could move on with her life with her current partner Matt Branistareanu, with whom she shares a daughter, named Matilda. She was born on March 21, 2025.

Gino Palazzolo met Jasmine in 2019 on a sugar baby website. Their relationship was documented in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 5, which aired in 2021. Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda’s 90 Day Fiancé relationship spanned six years. It became one of the franchise’s most chaotic love stories.

The former couple met online in 2019. They later disclosed that they initially met through a sugar baby website. Although they had a good start, their relationship later hit a rough patch when Gino travelled to Panama to meet Jasmine, his girlfriend at the time, where she worked as a school teacher. After a fight, he took her for an island vacation where a former girlfriend of Gino got in touch Jasmine, warning her that Gino had been contacting her and sending her nude photos of Jasmine.

Their relationship further turned dramatic when Gino admitted to have paid his “sugar babies” $200 to $250 to go on dinner dates with him before meeting Jasmine. Unaware of this, Jasmine was unhappy at the revelation.
