During an interview with CBS Mornings, Combs' lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, mentioned that his client looks forward to seeing his family after being in prison for almost a year. Professionally speaking, he also mentioned that Diddy is planning to return to music and the stage.

Agnifilo said in support of his client:

"He's going to be back at Madison Square Garden... And I said 'I'll be there.'"

In addition to the future plans, Marc also added:

"He wants people to know that he has reflected on the blessings that he's been given... On the imperfections that I think he sees in himself. I think he wants to get out of jail, reestablish a loving, present relationship with all of his seven children. He wants to take care of his mother."

The rapper remains behind bars following Judge Subramanian’s ruling. He attempted to place bail, but was denied for the second time.

The court documents read:

"As for risk of flight or danger, Combs fails to meet his burden by clear and convincing evidence for the reasons set forth on the record at the July 2, 2025, hearing... Increasing the amount of the bond or devising additional conditions doesn't change the calculus given the circumstances and heavy burden of proof that Combs bears."
