Emilie Kiser’s husband, Brady Kiser has been subjected to charges of child abuse in the death of their 3-year-old son, Trigg Kiser.

Reportedly, Trigg was found unconscious on May 12, 2025, and passed away after almost a week on May 18, 2025. At the time of his death, Brady Kiser told the police that he got distracted with his newborn son, Theodore when Trigg fell into their backyard pool and drowned.

According to the latest development in the case, the Chandler police department has recommended that Emilie Kiser’s husband should be charged with child abuse. Reports indicated that the police have recommended a Class 4 felony charge against Brady Kiser.

The death of the son of 26-year-old social media influencer has brought her partner into the limelight. The Tab reported that Brady Kiser isn’t into the same field as his wife. He is a sales person. He also ran a car detailing business earlier, as per the outlet.

Who is Emilie Kiser’s husband, Brady Kiser?

Brady Kiser frequently makes appearance on his wife, Emilie Kiser’s social media accounts. The two met in 2019, and got married in the same year, as per Emilie’s TikTok post.

She described their meeting in a TikTok video, and said:

“So summer of 2019, I’m at or in Newport, and I guess I get a follow from a very cute boy whom I then try to impress pretty much the rest of that trip by posting beachy photos as I saw he was going to college in Hawaii.”

They became parents to their first son, Trigg Kiser in July 2021. They welcomed their second son, Theodore in March 2025.

According to The Tab, the couple moved to Chandler, Arizona in 2024. Emilie who is originally from Phoenix, resided in Utah before moving in with her husband. Kiser explained in her YouTube vlog in 2024 that they moved to Arizona so Brady could find a job in solar sales. She said in her vlog:

“We initially moved to Arizona for a job opportunity for Brady. Brady was in sales, so he was going to do solar sales here in Arizona, he had a really good opportunity with a friend of his, and that was obviously our plan when we moved here.”

She added:

“At the time, my husband also ran a car detailing business, he ran that for five years, I feel a lot of people don’t know that about Brady. He was amazing at it. He moved it to Arizona and that was kind of his plan.”

As far as the latest development in the case of Trigg Kiser’s death is concerned, the Chandler Police Department made their announcement through a post on X, which read:

“We have completed our investigation into the tragic drowning of three-year-old Trigg Kiser. After a thorough review of the evidence, we have submitted the case to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office for further review and any potential prosecutorial decisions.”

People magazine reported that once the prosecutors review the file, Brady Kiser could face the recommended charges. The case could also be dropped if the prosecution decides he would not face charges.
