Hytalo Santos, the Brazilian influencer and singer, was arrested in São Paulo on Friday, August 15, 2025, along with his partner, Israel Nata Vicente, amid serious allegations, as reported by Revista Cenarium.

They face charges including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and violating Brazil’s child protection statutes. Investigators in the case have highlighted evidence of “strong indication” of wrongdoing, including sexual content involving minors and misuse of their images.

Judge Adhailton Lacet Correia Porto, who is responsible for the case, has ordered that Santos’s accounts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook be removed. Any videos or posts that showed children or teenagers to also be removed, and the situation is monitored by the Guardianship Council in Brazil.

Santos has a YouTube channel where he has over seven million subscribers, and he posts music videos on the channel.

As per reports, the Public Ministry of Paraíba (MP-PB) and the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office (MPT) are investigating the case. The case came into light when YouTuber Felca accused Hytalo of “adultifying” kids, by making them act like grown-ups in romantic or sexual ways and using it as content on his social media platforms.

Following this, Judge Antônio Rudimacy Firmino de Sousa found “strong evidence” that Santos may have committed several crimes, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, illegal child labor, and posting harmful content. Investigators also think that Santos used minors in his video by exploiting them for fame and money.

On Wednesday, August 13, 2025, investigators went to Santos’s house in a fancy neighborhood in João Pessoa with a search and seizure warrant. They did not find him there, and it looked like he carried items like phones, cameras, and computers with him, which could have potential evidence.

Right now, protective measures have been set up by investigators, even though Hytalo’s legal team has denied the allegations, stating he “always acted within the law.'' The case is under investigation.
