A few years ago, Frank also took to Instagram to wish his wife a happy birthday. He captioned the post:

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JOYCE.. We have been married for almost 60 years… Family celebrations are more special as time passes. To be surrounded by your family is a perfect reason to celebrate!"

During the last and final days of her husband's life, Joyce Caprio, who has been married to Frank for 60 years, stayed by his side, along with their large family of five children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
