Tyrone Blackburn, the lawyer who represented Terrance "T.A." Dixon against Fat Joe has been indicted. According to sources from TMZ, the outlet revealed that Tyrone was charged with running over a process server back in May. According to U.S Legal Support, a process server:

"... formally serves legal documents to the defendants or other involved parties in an imminent legal case... operates within a specific area corresponding to where they live."

According to an exclusive from TMZ back in June, Tyrone Blackburn was arrested for plowing down a process server with his car in New York. He was taken into custody and was booked for assault.

Law enforcement sources also told TMZ that Blackburn has officially been charged for the alleged May incident, but the details will stay sealed until his court hearing.


Details about Tyrone Blackburn's alleged attack on process server

The incident where Tyrone Blackburn allegedly attacked a process server goes back to May, this year. Blackburn was accused of hitting a process server with his car in New York City. The process server is a 66-year-old individual who was serving the lawyer complaints about the ongoing Fat Joe case.

According to a report from TMZ, the lawyer hit reverse on his car and backed up hitting the process server in the leg. The incident caused the server injury, which requires surgery, according to their claim.


What happened between Fat Joe and Terrance "T.A." Dixon?

According to the lawsuit, Terrance Dixon claimed that he was not only Fat Joe's hypeman, but he was also a "creative collaborator," a lyricist, a background vocalist, and a bodyguard.

Terrance also mentioned the that he co-wrote multiple songs with Joe, including Ice Cream, Congratulations, Black Out, and No Problems.

The lawsuit reads:

"Plaintiff contributed lyrics, melodies, vocal phrasing, and conceptual design to these works — substantially shaping their final form as distributed to the public."

It further stated that Dixon was underpaid and not given proper credit or royalties, which were intentionally hidden from him.

The lawsuit also claims that Fat Joe, whose real name is Joseph Antonio Cartagena, often brought women to his hotel rooms and pressured Dixon to perform sexual acts with them, sometimes in front of the his close associates.

The lawsuit reads:

"... frequently arranged and orchestrated these encounters, intentionally creating scenarios designed to reinforce Plaintiff's complete submission."

Tyrone Blackburn has been indicted for allegedly hitting a process server with his car in May, injuring the 66-year-old. The case remains sealed until his court hearing.
