Two years after Bella Thorne’s fiancé Mark Emms proposed, the Shake It Up actress proposed back to him. Thorne, on August 18, 2025, went down on one knee in a room filled with candles and flowers. and asked businessman and entrepreneur Emms to be her husband.
In the proposal video shared by the Disney alum, she went down on one knee and holds up an engagement ring. Emms mimics the gesture and accepts the ring.

In May 2023, Emms proposed to Bella Thorne a day after Mother’s Day with a 10-carat emerald-cut diamond ring. The actress told People in 2023 that the engagement had heightened her relationship with Emms and had drawn them closer:
